A band whose name effectively acts as their mission statement Brooklynite stoner rock quartet ENDLESS BOOGIE are masters at creating heavy psych-blues riffs that build and build to mesmeric proportions. Deriving their moniker from an LP by iconic bluesman John Lee Hooker, the band’s two decades’ experience of telepathic jamming is winningly described by the band as  “kraut Southern rock”.
Juxtaposing the motorik thrum of kosmiche muzik with psychedelic guitar motifs, the formula is influenced by Germanic influences such as Amon Düül and Can as it is steeped in Americana through ZZ Top, The Stooges and The Velvet Underground.  The group’s most recent LP ‘Vibe Killer’, issued in May, is a formidable succession of slowly rolling jams all recorded in real time led by Paul Major’s Iggy Pop style vocals.
