PZYK 2021 — 15 May 2021

PZYK IS DEAD. LONG LIVE PZYK.
It is with great sadness we are today announcing the cancellation of PZYK 2021.

Despite the positive vaccination news, we still have no certainty as to whether it will be feasible to host the festival in May 2021. With months of continued planning ahead to realise PZYK 2021, we do not have the luxury of waiting until the spring before making a decision as to whether we can welcome our congregation to Liverpool in May.
We appreciate that people travel from around the world to visit the festival and out of respect we want to provide clarity as soon as possible.
We were incredibly excited about presenting the festival at a new venue and we have made the decision to cancel with a heavy heart.
We look forward to a point in the future when COVID-19 is but a distant nightmare and we can come together once more.
Refunds will be processed automatically by our ticketing partner Eventim on Monday 30th November.
All original tickets remain valid for the re-arranged date. If you have any further ticketing enquiries, please contact Eventim here.

Yours in drone, always.

PZYK COLONY

/// PZYK COLONY ///
A LATE-NIGHT, 360° IMMERSIVE AUDIOVISUAL REALM

Following its fantastic inception in 2016 we are thrilled to announce that /// PZYK COLONY ///: our immersive, 360-degree audiovisual installation will again be transforming the Camp warehouse space into a late-night shifting, geometric cube from 11pm on each evening of the festival. The live installation – developed in-house by the PZYK team – will re-imagine the industrial space as an intense, singular light-emitting diode, a trance-den-cum-live-space, and will play host to some of the festival’s most eagerly anticipated performances.
/// PZYK COLONY /// will host performances from… LOOP, THE BUG vs DYLAN CARLSON, THE KVB, SEX SWING, THE COMET IS COMING and ADRIAN SHERWOOD. These live shows will be navigated and knitted together by DJ sets from PZYK godfather Bernie Connor and UPITUP Records’ Jacques Malchance. Safety.
/// PZYK COLONY /// will run from 11pm to 3am on both evenings, a late-night, intensely immersive audiovisual journey to the farther reaches of our PZYK other-world.

FURNACE 2.0
Main Stage Video installation

For PZYK 2017 we present FURNACE 2.0 – an extreme video hexadecagon environment, enveloping our festival main stage. Imagine a vacuum-inducing digital space, strobing with tech tidal waves and rolling palettes of space, light, noise and colour.
Expect maximised bombardment and a celebration of the extreme in glorious Technicolor. An exercise in high definition, shape-shifting intensity.
Sustained exposure will result in irreversible alteration. Take a trip to the sub-ultrasonic zone.
THIS FESTIVAL WILL DESTROY YOU? Not unless it destroys us first.
FURNACE 2.0 will be in operation throughout the festival weekend, encompassing performances on our Furnace stage.
